ALUTECH P120 complete drive system for 27.5"

For anyone wishing to convert an eFanes (equipped with an EP6, EP8, or EP801 motor) to our ALUTECH P120 system,
we are offering the complete P120 system here as a ready-to-install retrofit kit.
Our Alutech motor is manufactured by Gobao and features the standard Shimano 6-bolt frame mounting interface,
making it compatible with all motors in the Shimano EP6/EP8/EP801 series.
The unit comes pre-loaded with the appropriate software from the Alutech factory—configured for either 27.5" or 29" wheel sizes—and is ready to ride.

The P120 system features 5 riding modes and a walk mode:
-Auto (max. 110 Nm)
-Eco (Nm individually adjustable)
-Trail (Nm individually adjustable)
-Turbo (max. 110 Nm)
-Boost (max. 120 Nm for 30 seconds)
-Walk

The modes can be customized to your personal preferences via the Gobao app.
For Alutech Fanes customers, we offer support for the conversion process via email (including photos);
anyone wishing to convert a different bike brand equipped with a Shimano EP6/EP8/EP801 motor
to the Gobao/ALUTECH P120 system must carry out the conversion themselves,
though we can still provide details on the standard Alutech conversion procedures via email.

The complete system consists of the following components / scope of delivery:

-Motor: Alutech P120, 250W, 120 Nm, 800W peak power with Shimano mounting interface

-Battery: Gobao 36V 600Wh, cell type Samsung 21700 lithium-ion cylindrical cell (3.6V),
Battery housing dimensions: length 415mm, width 72mm, height 58mm

-Battery mount: Alutech Gobao mounting system consisting of an aluminum rail
onto which the power supply and locking system mounts are attached.

-Battery locking system: Unlocking via 4mm hex key;
this utilizes the Shimano locking system, The front mount is made by Alutech; it is CNC-machined from 6061 aluminum and black anodized.
We also supply the original Gobao key-and-lock system.

-Handlebar display: Alutech BC201, handlebar clamp for 31.8mm

-Button: Gobao wired remote (left side), cable length 240mm between button (switch) and display

-Charger: Alutech 6A

-Charging port: with magnetically secured cover, cable length 660mm, for frame mounting; the removed battery can also be charged directly

-Cables: Gobao custom waterproof (IP7) and foolproof wiring; cable length 1400mm (motor to display)

-Cable splitter / Y-cable: adapter cable for speed sensor and lighting, cable length 270mm
