SRAM X01 DH Rear Derailleur Type 3.0 / 7-speed X-Horizon red
The 7-speed X-HORIZON rear derailleur ensures smooth and reliable shifting, no matter the terrain.
X-HORIZON technology ensures consistent chain spacing across each of the seven gears and eliminates vertical movement for faster shifts
and reduced shifting force. It also reliably prevents ghost shifting.
Type 3.0 Roller Bearing Clutch technology and the 12-tooth X-SYNC chain idler pulley keep the chain in place
and put an end to wobbly and rattling chains.
Thanks to CAGE LOCK technology, removing and installing the rear wheel is easier than ever.
Simply slide the cage forward (to release chain tension) and lock it in place.
Together with the X01 DH 7-speed shifter, X-HORIZON™ forms the backbone of X-ACTUATION™ technology: The result is buttery smooth,
reliable, and fast shifting in every situation. The rear derailleur is available with two different cage lengths to suit all design situations,
e.g. B. unusually long chainstays.
CAGE LOCK
Thanks to the CAGE LOCK technology in the rear derailleur, removing and installing the rear wheel, as well as installing the chain, is faster and easier than ever.
Simply slide the cage forward (to release the chain tension) and lock it in place.
X-HORIZON
The parallelogram design of the X-HORIZON rear derailleur limits movement along the horizontal axis,
eliminating so-called "ghost shifting" and simultaneously reducing shifting force.
For faster and more precise shifting, the large offset of the upper pulley ensures consistent chain spacing in every gear.
X-ACTUATION
Developed specifically for SRAM 1x, X-ACTUATION technology ensures precise and consistent shifting across the entire cassette.
X-SYNC
SRAM's X-SYNC 1x chainrings ensure maximum performance and durability.
The long SRAM X-SYNC tooth edges engage the chain earlier than traditional triangular teeth.
The sharp and narrow tooth profile and rounded beveled edges support chain guidance.
To provide the best possible performance even in muddy terrain, the X-SYNC chainrings feature dirt and mud removal recesses for the inner chain links and pulleys.
The German-made X-SYNC chainrings are a key component of SRAM's 1x drivetrain.

ROLLER BEARING CLUTCH rear derailleurs offer maximum drivetrain stability – even on grueling and highly demanding terrain.
This technology puts an end to wobbly rear derailleurs and slapping chains – without sacrificing precision.
NOTE: With the short cage, the maximum change in length of the chainstay from fully extended to fully compressed must NOT exceed 25 mm!
