NEWMEN presents its Evolution E.G. 29/27.5 high-end aluminum trail/enduro/downhill wheelset e-bike compatible
available and makes it quieter and more fail-safe thanks to the new FADE Boost hub for 6-hole disc brakes.
The 30 mm internal width allows you to ride with low air pressure and the flared rim sides
give the tire a more rounded shape and therefore more cornering grip.

MG Washer:
The weak point of the aluminum or carbon rims, the nipple holes in the rim, is reinforced at NEWMEN with an MG washer.
This is the solution with the least amount of material used, so there is practically no weight impact.
The MG washer is concave on both sides. This means it can be installed in both directions,
In addition, the rim-side contact surface moves away from the nipple hole of the rim and additionally relieves the load.
Another advantage is the uniform friction between the nipple and the washer, which prevents the nipple from seizing.
Rim profile without edges and corners:
The rim profile without edges and corners has flared rim flanks with optimized horn height and wall thickness.
The wall thickness was increased on the rim flange and reduced in the side area.
The flared rim flanks shorten the distance between the left and right rim flange, which saves material and therefore weight.
Since the tire can also take on a more rounded shape, comfort and cornering grip are improved.
